How does it work?

The Diamond Exchange Community is an invitation-only online community of IT executives from leading companies who share data, metrics and perspectives through brief, periodic surveys on issues important to managing the technology function.

All information will be kept confidential and will be reported only in aggregate to protect the identities of the participant companies. You can join simply by taking one of the surveys.

What are the benefits?

We envision the Diamond Exchange Community as a place where we can develop resources we can all use.

  • Community -- You will be a member of a trusted, senior level community of IT executives so you can share, ask questions and learn from each other.

  • Insights -- Diamond is a respected business partner to companies that are trying to get more value from their IT investments. The combination of our practical experience across client situations, your perspectives and longitudinal data will help us develop valuable insights for the community on how to manage IT more effectively.

  • Benchmarks -- Over time, we will develop a repository of data that will allow members to see how they stack up against others on a variety of issues.

  • Setting the research agenda -- We will take members’ input about what issues you would like the community to explore so it meets your needs.

  • Rewards -- As a member, you will receive credits for each survey you take, redeemable for data studies ad perspectives on how to improve IT management practices.
